Deleting your SUISO account

Effective from 29 Oct 2026

How to delete your SUISO account (the app at suiso.app and the SUISO Android and iOS apps) and what happens to your data. SUISO is operated by budevolno.cz s.r.o., company ID 29810701, Bílov 159, 743 01 Bílov.

1. In the app or on the web

Sign in to SUISO (the app or suiso.app) and open Profile.
At the bottom, tap Delete account.
Account with a password: enter the account password. Account with Google or Apple only: if you did not sign in recently, sign in again first, then delete the account within 10 minutes.
Confirm Delete permanently. The account is deleted immediately and SUISO signs you out.

You can download your data first in Profile (CSV and a photo ZIP).

2. Without the app

Email hello@suiso.app from your account’s email address and say you want the account deleted. We reply within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

The account, all tanks, journal entries, photos and Advisor threads – this cannot be undone. Stored translations and “Write to us” messages are deleted too.

The data is removed immediately, and from provider backups within 30 days. Server logs are deleted automatically within days.

The public tank page disappears.

Deleting the account also ends a paid subscription bought on the web immediately. The rest of the paid period and unused credits are then not refunded; the right to withdraw within 14 days under section 5 of the terms is not affected.

4. What stays

Payment records are kept by the seller (Link / Stripe, for purchases in the iOS app Apple) for as long as the law requires.
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought in the iOS app through the App Store – cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, otherwise Apple keeps charging for it.
Videos uploaded to YouTube are managed by YouTube – deleting your SUISO account does not remove them from YouTube.
Posts shared to Instagram are managed by Instagram.
